Upload everything you hold for one property, and we'll email you a one-page Gap Report. We check it against the dated-certificate and evidence expectations in our 110-rule compliance library, which is in qualified legal review. This isn't a compliance check, a legal opinion, or a substitute for an inspection.

We use a third-party AI service to read only the certificate type, property address, and dates from your certificates and assessments, and nothing else. We don't send your tenancy documents, inspection reports, or photos to the AI at all. Only your certificates and assessments are read, and nothing is used to train any model. The whole folder you upload is stored briefly so we can find the certificates, then deleted as soon as your report is generated. We keep your email, the property details you give us, and your report so we can send it to you. If you tick the box below, we'll also send occasional related updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

By uploading, you confirm you're entitled to share every file in this folder, including any that mention other people such as tenants, landlords, or engineers, and that you've read how we handle them.
